What is Capaha Connect Mobile?

Capaha Connect Mobile is a mobile banking and payments application you can use to access your account information quickly and easily from your iPhone or Android. Use Capaha Connect Mobile to:

  • Check your account balances.
  • Review recent account activity.
  • Transfer money between accounts.
  • Pay bills.
  • Change and cancel pending payments.
  • Find ATM and branch locations.

Requirements

Capaha Connect Mobile is only available to customers of Capaha Bank. Although anyone can download the application, you must register your phone for mobile banking through www.capahabank.com online banking site to launch the application. To do this, you must first enroll in traditional online banking.

To download the Capaha Connect Mobile application, your phone must have an operating system that supports application downloads and may require a data services plan. You download the Capaha Connect Mobile application from a link that we send you during registration.

iPad and iPod Touch

Capaha Connect Mobile is not currently available on the iPad or iPod Touch.

How do I register for Capaha Connect Mobile?

Using your PC, go to www.capahabank.com to enroll for Online Banking. Then, use the option to register for mobile banking in the self service features of the online banking website. If you have any problems registering for mobile banking, please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 872-4944.

Is Capaha Connect Mobile secure?

To ensure the safety and privacy of your account information, we incorporate multiple security features in Capaha Connect Mobile:

  • All transactions are encrypted.
  • You must authenticate every interaction with Capaha Connect Mobile.
  • No personal or financial information is stored on your phone.

iPhone (Capaha Connect Mobile):

Added support for Popmoney, person-to-person payments. The app will ask permission to access your contact list which is only used as a convenience for filling in payment fields, only if you agree. Selected contacts will be stored for your convenience with future transactions, otherwise no contact information will be stored.

If you have an iPhone model 2g or 3g, you will not be able to update to this latest version. If you wish to utilize the new feature, log on to www.capahabank.com online banking and register for the mobile browser channel.

iPhone (Popmoney Customers):

Added support for Popmoney, person-to-person payments. The app will ask permission to access your contact list which is only used as a convenience for filling in payment fields. If you agree, selected contacts will be stored for your convenience with future transactions, otherwise no contact information will be stored.
